Order and Payment Information

You can track your order status via Orders if your order was made while signed in. Your order status should show 'Order Confirmed' and you should have received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is successfully placed, we're not able to make any further changes like change in quantity, items, etc. We always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out! For further enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Team orders@weyergansse.asia

We accept payment for purchases using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Credit card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer

Yes you may do a self-collection for orders and please note that orders will take 1 – 3 business days to process Please contact us to inform on your preferred collection day and time. Collection Point Address : 10 Sinaran Drive, #03-38, Square 2, Singapore 307506

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery for purchases

Shipping

We can deliver your order to any address within Singapore.

Orders will be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We usually apply a flat delivery fee of $5 for orders below $100. Delivery fees are waive for any orders $100 and above for within Singapore Delivery. International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders of SGD100 and above within Singapore. Please note that any partial cancellation by the customer which results in total order amount to be less than SGD100, customer will have to pay for the delivery charges.

International Delivery is available and free for orders above SGD200

You can check the status of your orders by accessing 'My Account' and click 'Orders'.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or if changed your mind after receiving the items. You may send us an email to orders@weyergansse.asia for further information

We will always try to make sure that items delivered are of good condition and correct. You can make a request for return and refund within 7 Days

  • Only products purchased on www.weyergansse.asia may be returned for a refund or replacement. We will not accept products purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition and unopened. We will not accept partially used products or products with broken seals.
  • Items purchased as a set, multi-item pack or promotional pack must be return as the complete set for a refund.
  • If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  • We are not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided
  • We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
  • Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If you are experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please get in touch here (insert hyperlink) with our Customer Service Team who can help you within 30 days of receipt of item. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. Different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.

In your message to our Customer Service Team, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name that caused an allergic reaction
  • A detailed description of the symptoms experienced

Our Customer Service Team may also ask for:

  • Photos of the product;
  • Photos of the affected area
  • a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
